Virtual Assistant – Engineering & Automation Support

About the Role:

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with a Computer Engineering background to support our engineering team with data analysis, automation, and ERP management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, optimizing workflows, and working with programming tools like Python and Excel VBA.
As part of the team, you’ll help analyze data, automate tasks, manage records in Odoo ERP, and improve internal tools with better UI/UX. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to apply their engineering and programming skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting: Process and analyze engineering data using Excel VBA & Python.
Automation & Scripting: Develop Python scripts to streamline workflows and automate tasks.
ERP Management: Support Odoo ERP record updates, customizations, and process automation.
UI/UX Improvement: Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance internal tools and interfaces.
Research & Support: Gather technical data, conduct research, and assist in engineering-related projects.
General Engineering Support: Provide administrative and technical assistance to optimize team operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (or related field).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA scripting).
Python programming skills for automation and data processing.
Experience or familiarity with Odoo ERP is a plus.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles for improving internal tools.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
