Market Research:
Stay informed about local market trends, pricing, and investment strategies.
Provide feedback to the acquisitions team on buyer preferences and market demand.
Performance Metrics:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide regular updates on pipeline, leads, and closed deals to management.
