Responsibilities
• Content Creation & Marketing
• Create social media content (graphics, videos, ads)
• Develop and schedule content using AI tools
• Research trends to improve engagement
• Process Documentation & System Building
• Create detailed workflow documentation in Notion
• Develop step-by-step guides for new tools and processes
• Research & Automation
• Identify AI and automation tools to streamline operations
• Compare software solutions and provide recommendations
• Set up and manage digital organization systems

This is not a customer service or guest communication role. The focus is on research, system-building, and content creation.

1-Week Paid Trial Tasks

Task 1: Research & Implementation

Instructions: Research and recommend a tool for social media scheduling. Provide an analysis of options, pros/cons, and a proposed rollout plan.
Deliverables:
• One-page tool comparison report
• Implementation plan

Task 2: Social Media Content Calendar

Instructions: Create a content calendar in Notion for Instagram, including four posts (two graphics, two videos).
Deliverables:
• Notion content calendar with scheduled posts

Task 3: Workflow Documentation

Instructions: Develop a beginner-friendly guide on editing photos in Lightroom.
Deliverables:
• One-page guide (PDF or Notion) with screenshots and instructions
• Optional: Loom video walkthrough

Task 4: Digital Organization

Instructions: Set up a system in Notion or Google Drive to organize files, documents, and processes for the business.
Deliverables:
• Structured and labeled folders in Google Drive or Notion
• Documentation explaining the system

Skills & Qualifications
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with workflow documentation and SOPs
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, AI tools)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to organize information
