Virtual Assistant - Creative Content Research

We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our creative team in sourcing and organizing video content for our marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Research & Organization:

Research and collect video assets from social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) using provided software tools
Organize and catalog video content according to creative briefs and project requirements
Contribute creative insights to help identify trending content and potential opportunities

Project Management:

Maintain and update our Monday board with real-time status of all creative projects
Track and log active campaigns and creative assets
Document the progress of creatives from ideation to publication
Ensure proper handoffs between team members

Team Collaboration:

Work directly with the editor to organize and prioritize video assets
Support the creative strategist in content planning and trend research
Maintain clear communication channels between team members
Provide regular status updates on project progress

Required Qualifications:

Strong English language proficiency (written and verbal)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Creative eye for engaging video content
Proficiency in navigating social media platforms
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable internet connection

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (core hours to be discussed)
Weekend availability optional but appreciated

Additional Information:

Two-week trial period before transitioning to regular full time status
