Key Responsibilities:

Content Review & Management:

Review content drafts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines before final approval.
Maintain a comprehensive content dashboard tracking video shoots, performance metrics, and feedback.

Inbound & Outbound Communications:
Manage all inbound communications related to beauty brand and influencer activities.
Oversee outbound communications for brand collaborations and partnership opportunities, ensuring a seamless process.

Affiliate Partnership Management:
Organize and manage affiliate partnerships, ensuring timely communication and effective campaign execution.
Track and report on affiliate performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Strategic & Creative Input:
Offer strategic insights to enhance content and partnership strategies.
Infuse creativity into proposals to ensure they are innovative, engaging, and aligned with brand goals.

Qualifications:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to critically assess and optimize content and partnerships for maximum impact.
Creativity: A knack for bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance brand presence.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain meticulous records.

Experience: Prior experience in content management, influencer marketing, or affiliate partnerships is preferred.
