Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle the client onboarding process for our marketing agency. This role requires someone tech-savvy, organized, and experienced with marketing platforms and automation tools.
You'll be responsible for setting up and organizing new client accounts across several tools and ensuring all systems are ready for success. This position does not involve making or taking calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up new client folders and templates in Google Drive
Organize and enter client data into Google Sheets
Configure local SEO profiles using BrightLocal
Set up and manage workflows using Zapier
Prepare and assign tasks inside our GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
Ensure all client onboarding steps are documented and completed on time
Assist with creating internal SOPs and checklists as needed
Required Skills:
Strong experience with:
Zapier
Google Drive / Google Sheets
BrightLocal
GoHighLevel CRM
Very organized with high attention to detail
Comfortable with documentation and process-building
Self-starter with great time management
Fast learner and solution-oriented mindset
