JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage the personal brand and business operations of a successful content creator and influencer. You will be responsible for handling brand deals, maintaining a content schedule, coordinating with agencies, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring smooth day?to?day communication and operations.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Deals & CRM

Use ClickUp (or other project management tools) to log all brand deals: contact info, deliverables, payment dates, etc.
Manage inbound brand inquiries via email and WhatsApp, respond with pre?approved rate cards, and negotiate within set parameters.
Maintain a clean record of past deals, including links to completed content and relevant performance metrics.
Content Coordination & Scheduling

Organize the weekly/monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
Ensure deadlines for sponsored posts are met and communicate with the content creator on shoot schedules.
Keep track of performance metrics, compile weekly/biweekly reports comparing engagement over time.
Communication & Relationship Management

Maintain excellent relationships with agencies and brand reps.
Follow up on pending payments, send invoices, and coordinate any deliverable changes.
Send occasional thank?you emails or gift arrangements to partners.
General Administrative Support

Monitor and respond to daily emails, DMs, and messages in a timely manner.
Create basic documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
Keep track of tasks and deadlines in ClickUp, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organizational and project management skills; experience with ClickUp (or similar tools) is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and basic understanding of influencer marketing.
Detail?oriented, able to juggle multiple ongoing tasks.
Tech savvy: comfortable with email, spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel), messaging apps (WhatsApp), and online research.
Reliability: able to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively solve problems.
