Experienced Virtual Assistant /Bookkeeper with US Accounting & Zoho Books Experience
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Bookkeeper with proven experience in US-based accounting to join our team. This is a full-time remote position requiring expertise in Zoho Books and US accounting practices.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience with US-based companies
Proficient in Zoho Books accounting software
Strong understanding of US accounting principles and practices
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping operations using Zoho Books
Process and reconcile bank and credit card statements
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare monthly financial statements
Assist with tax preparation documentation
Maintain accurate digital filing system
Generate regular financial reports
Monitor cash flow and maintain budgets
Technical Skills Required:
Advanced proficiency in Zoho Books
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets
Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus
