Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to support our funeral sales business. This role involves making consistent calls to leads, managing follow-ups, and ensuring my calendar remains fully booked. This position requires someone with strong English proficiency, excellent verbal communication, and outstanding organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to leads to set appointments.
• Manage and track follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are missed.
• Maintain and update the calendar to keep it fully booked.
• Use tools such as Salesforce CRM (or similar platforms) to manage client information.
• Exhibit a caring and professional demeanor to connect with clients.
Qualifications:
• Fluent English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in appointment setting, sales, or a related field (experience in the funeral or insurance industry is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A compassionate and professional approach when engaging with clients.
