Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling / Prospecting:
* Contact potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
* Qualify leads by determining if they are a good fit for the service/product being offered.
2. Scheduling Appointments:
* Set up appointments and ensure that scheduled appointments align with both the company’s availability and the client’s preferences.
3. Follow-Up:
* Follow up with leads to confirm appointments or reschedule if necessary.
* Send reminders to clients about upcoming meetings or calls.
4. Database Management:
* Maintain an organized database of leads, appointments, and follow-up schedules.
* Update client information and track progress in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
5. Communication:
* Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients to ensure a smooth appointment-setting process.
* Handle objections and provide relevant information to clients to encourage participation in meetings.
6. Reporting:
* Track and report on the number of appointments scheduled, conversions, and other performance metrics.


Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with neutral or American accent
* Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and schedule appointments efficiently.
* Sales Experience: While not always required, experience in sales or customer service can be beneficial.
* CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software to manage leads and appointments.
* Persistence and Motivation: Often, the role involves handling rejection and persevering to secure appointments.
