Role Overview:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to play a vital role in supporting our operations. You will focus on finance tracking and initiating meaningful conversations with potential leads on LinkedIn. This is a straightforward yet impactful role that offers opportunities for growth within our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Finance Tracking:
Monitor ad performance, including spend, ROI, leads, and sales.
Create weekly and monthly reports summarizing financial performance and lead generation.
Track subscription renewals and follow up on late payments.

LinkedIn Outreach:
Use provided templates to initiate personalized conversations with potential leads.
Log and organize outreach activities and track outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

Exceptional written English skills.
Confidence working with numbers and creating basic reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow clear instructions.
Motivated to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn (or a willingness to learn).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in finance tracking or client outreach.
Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (e.g., ROI).

Position Details:
