Job Overview:
This is not your typical Virtual Assistant role. Your responsibilities will be tailored to what you enjoy doing, your experience, and what you want to develop. While some core tasks are essential for the business, there is a lot of flexibility for you to shape your role. We are looking for someone who thrives on independence but also values collaboration and can help keep things running smoothly while exploring areas they’re passionate about.

Core Responsibilities (essential tasks):

Administrative Support:
Manage daily schedules, including meetings and priorities.
Organize and maintain email inbox via G Suite (Gmail).
Coordinate Zoom meetings, team calls, and handle document organization using Google Drive.

Client Workflow Management:
Oversee onboarding processes using Monday.com and track client deliverables.
Ensure timely document completion through DocuSign.
Manage invoicing and follow-up with clients via QuickBooks.
Handle client interactions using HubSpot CRM.

Additional Responsibilities (based on your interests):

Support client email marketing campaigns through HubSpot or other platforms.
Create marketing visuals using Canva for social media or client-facing projects.
Contribute to social media management, including posting, scheduling, and engagement.
Explore content creation for client communication, newsletters, or internal documentation.


Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Google Drive), Monday.com, HubSpot, QuickBooks, and DocuSign (or willingness to learn).
Experience in email management, document organization, or client communication.
Interest in expanding skills in marketing, design, or social media.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
