About the Role
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant & Account Manager to support the CEO with daily operations and client communication. This role combines administrative assistance with account management responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing schedules, handling emails, and directly communicating with our clients in English. This is a long-term opportunity with potential for growth.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in English, ensuring professional and timely responses
- Manage emails, scheduling, and calendar coordination for the CEO
- Organize and track daily tasks to ensure efficiency
- Conduct research and handle data entry
- Assist with basic project management and internal team communication
- Maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth cooperation
- Handle various administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in client communication or account management is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Notion, Airtable, and Slack is a plus

- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment

Compensation
- Starting at $3.5 per hour with potential for an increase based on performance
