Virtual Assistant

Position: Sales Lead Generator (Virtual Assistant - Philippines)
Company: Vistay Vacation Rentals

We are seeking a full-time virtual assistant from the Philippines to join our team as a Sales Lead Generator. This role is key in helping us grow our portfolio of vacation rental properties by generating and coordinating sales leads.

Responsibilities:

-Conduct email, text, phone, and other direct targeted outreach to property owners (guidance provided by the company).
-Source new leads consistently and maintain follow-ups to nurture leads.
-Coordinate and schedule calls with potential clients for the sales team.
-Manage leads and track progress using our CRM (Pipedrive).
-Provide daily updates on lead generation activities.

Requirements:

-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
-Clear speaking voice and strong phone presence.
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
-Ability to work during our hours: 9 AM - 5 PM MST (Denver Timezone), Tuesday through Saturday (there is some flexibility here with days and times as long as goals are being met)
-Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

What We Provide:

-All necessary tools: CRM, VoIP phone, cold email platform, contact lists, and Google Workspace.
-Support and processes to help you succeed in lead outreach.

Pay Structure: Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
-Salary paid weekly through Wise.
-Performance-Based Incentives calculated and paid monthly.
-Minimum payment of $550 USD for first 3 months while we help you build your pipeline
