Life & Health Wealth Builders Is a Life & Health Insurance Brokerage Based in the United States.

Position: Part Time Virtual Assistant (Quickly Has the Potential to Grow into A Full Time Position with Wage Increases as Well) (this role also has the potential to pay up to $150.00 in weekly bonuses).

Skills Needed: Experience Using Microsoft Excel/Word/Office/PowerPoint. Experience using a standard CRM software. Experience Using Adobe Reader & DocuSign. Must Be Willing to Learn QuickBooks. Must Use WhatsApp & Zoom.

Role:

•Warm calling leads and gathering basic information and setting appointments.

•Text and Email communication with leads to get appointments set.

•Set appointments 24-48 hours out.

•Calendar/Appointment & Task Management Assistance Assigned to One Specific Life Insurance Agent.

•Assistance With Managing Email Automation, Filling in Email Templates with Necessary Information and Sending Emails to Clients Regarding Communication Attempts, Life Insurance Application Requirements, Life Insurance Policy Requirements, Clients Current Policy Account Status’s, & Underwriting Decisions. Proofreading, Editing, & Sending Agent Emails on behalf of Life & Health Wealth Builders.

•Assistance With Communications Between the Agent & The Insurance Companies Back Office Agent Support Teams Via Email & Via Phone.

•Daily, Weekly, & Monthly Agent Performance Tracking & Company Revenue Management Assistance.

•Coordinate with Insurance Material Mailer Company to Send Out Template Based Congratulations Letters, Brochures, And Other Marketing Materials.
