JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there! We’re Easy A Media, an Ads, Creative & CRO eCommerce agency based in Vancouver, Canada. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. Your mission? To support our UGC team and assist other departments with essential tasks, ensuring smooth operations across the board.

As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our team operates at peak performance by handling key administrative and operational responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Support the UGC team and other departments with daily administrative and operational tasks.
Track & follow up on inventory, production tasks, and shipments to ensure timely execution.
Hire & onboard creators, including coordinating product shipments.
Ensure all time-sensitive tasks are completed swiftly and accurately.
Create structured, data-driven reports for the UGC Manager and Ads/Creative Team.
Manage and organize files & documentation using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and ClickUp.
Extract key data & compile reports to support informed decision-making.
Maintain transparency & clear communication with leadership and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Assist in optimizing workflows & improving internal systems.

Excellent reporting skills & accountability – ability to create clear, data-backed reports and own outcomes.

Stable internet connection for seamless daily work and team collaboration.
Flexibility to overlap at least 3-4 hours with the Manager’s work schedule to ensure smooth coordination.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Experience supporting UGC teams or content-related projects is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, ClickUp, and other project management tools.
Ability to create structured reports that help drive key business decisions.
