We’re hiring a Gameroom Cashier/Assistant to join our growing team! You’ll be responsible for confirming customer deposits, loading credits into player accounts, and providing top-notch customer support for our online gameroom platform.

Responsibilities:

• Confirm and verify customer deposits
• Load player accounts quickly and accurately
• Assist customers with any questions or issues
• Resolve inquiries in a fast and professional manner
• Communicate with the internal team when needed

Requirements:

• Must be responsive and quick on your feet
• Comfortable using apps like Facebook Messenger, Telegram, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Experience in online customer support is a plus
• Reliable internet connection and mobile/computer access
