We’re scaling rapidly and need a killer Sales Closer to convert our inbound leads into long-term clients.

About the Role
As a Sales Closer, your job is to turn warm leads into paying clients using email and pre-recorded video presentations, no phone calls required.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling warm inbound leads (from lead gen outreach, SEO audits & website inquiries).
- Conducting discovery & sales emails to uncover client needs and position our solutions.
- Closing deals on website design, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Following up strategically to convert hesitant leads into clients.
- Managing the sales pipeline & tracking performance using our CRM (GoHighLevel).

You will be working with a team that includes:
- 2 Lead Gen Specialists – Bringing in qualified leads.
- Marketing Manager – Driving inbound marketing-generated leads.
- GHL Expert – Automating funnels & follow-ups.
- Admin Assistant – Managing backend organization.
- Web Developer – Delivering the product you’re selling.
- Founder (Me) – Ensuring strategic alignment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales ($200+ services, ideally web/SEO).
- Strong closer – Ability to handle objections & turn “maybes” into “yes.”
- Confidence on video/email
- Ability to work with our CRM (GoHighLevel) & manage a pipeline.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal & written.
- Self-motivated and hungry for commissions.
