JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my content marketing agency. This is a long-term, completely remote position with opportunities to grow. My agency specializes in creating and managing high-quality short-form and long-form video content for personal brands and service-based businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage Editors & Review Content

Assign tasks to video editors and ensure timely delivery.
Review completed short-form videos to confirm they meet our quality standards.
Check for spelling errors, formatting issues, and adherence to branding guidelines.
Content Optimization & Publishing Support

Write compelling video titles for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikToks.
Organize and schedule content for posting.
Maintain lead tracking systems.
Administrative & Communication Support

Handle emails, follow-ups, and general communication with clients and editors.
Keep tasks organized in our project management system.

What I’m Looking For:
Strong English communication skills – written and spoken
Experience managing social media content or working with video editors (preferred but not required)
Detail-oriented – able to spot small errors and inconsistencies
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
Tech-savvy – comfortable with Google Drive, Instagram, and other digital tools
