JOB OVERVIEW

Entrepreneur with two compaies I am seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide crucial support across both ventures. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of exciting businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

This role requires a versatile individual who can handle a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Administrative & Communication:
Drafting and preparing professional letters and correspondence.
Managing email inboxes, including follow-up with prospects.
Scheduling appointments with qualified prospects.
Preparing a daily calendar report summarizing the next day's schedule and priorities.
Research & Marketing:
Conducting prospect research to identify potential clients and partners.
Performing market research to inform content creation (e.g., identifying trending topics, competitor analysis).
Managing and executing email marketing campaigns.
Conducting LinkedIn outreach to build connections and generate leads.
Uploading and formatting articles on LinkedIn.
Digital Marketing/Web Presence *Review Digital Advertising Campaigns
Updating website content on ClickFunnels, Square/Weebly platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior-level individuals or multiple projects.
Exceptional Organization: Impeccable organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in the following is essential:

Email
Marketing Platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, ActiveCampaign – specify which you use if possible).
LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator, if applicable).
ClickFunnels.
Square/Weebly website editing.
Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
CRM software (mention the specific CRM you use, if any).
Proactive & Resourceful: Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative to solve problems.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Experience in finance and/or healthcare is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn about these industries is essential.
