Virtual Assistant

I’m looking for a virtual assistant. The role mostly entails cold calling individuals in the US to explore potential real estate opportunities, but also will evolve to include other things all related to real estate such as messaging tenants, scheduling handy men etc. I am looking for someone with the following qualities:

1) Fluency in English, especially in spoken communication.
2) Exceptional communication skills and a positive demeanor.
3) Resilience in the face of challenges and the ability to handle potentially rude interactions.
4) Persistence, goal-oriented mindset, and a willingness to shape a brighter future through hard work and dedication.
5) Openness to learning from our training programs and applying new knowledge.
6) Willingness to work on a commission basis during the probationary period.
7) Access to reliable WiFi for international calls and proficiency in using technology, including an eSIM-capable phone or a phone with an additional SIM card slot.

PS: Salary range depends on performance
Hours per week ranges from 20-80 just depends on how much you want to work and how much you want to earn.
