Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, professional Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. This role will support our insurance agents and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for insurance agents
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments using Setmore
• Data entry
• Processing basic insurance documentation
• Client follow-up and communication
• Email management and correspondence
• Basic report generation and documentation
• Supporting marketing initiatives and lead generation efforts

Required Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Minimum 2 years of virtual assistance experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional communication style

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Background in customer service

Working Hours:
• Full-time position (40 hours/week)
• Must be available during US Eastern Time business hours (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)
• Monday to Friday schedule

• Reliable computer/laptop
• High-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Backup power supply
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Headset with microphone
• Webcam for virtual meetings
