Virtual Assistant – Work Directly With the CEO of Ekim IT Solutions
(Full-Time | 9 AM - 5 PM EST | Tech-Savvy & Proactive Required)


This is not a typical Virtual Assistant role. I need someone sharp, organized, and proactive to help manage my schedule, tasks, and CRM tools. If you're just looking for a simple data entry job, this isn’t it.


Compensation:
-Pay will be based on experience – I’m not looking for the cheapest candidate, I’m looking for the right candidate. If you're the right fit, I’m willing to pay for quality.


What You’ll Do:
-Manage my calendar, emails, and CRM tools (Close CRM & GoHighLevel).
-Help with prospecting, follow-ups, and research.
-Assist with organizing projects, tracking tasks, and keeping things running smoothly.
-Stay proactive – always looking for ways to streamline my day and lighten my workload.


What I’m Looking For:
-Fluent English (written & spoken) – You’ll be handling communication on my behalf.
-Tech-savvy & quick learner – Comfortable using CRM software, Google Calendar, and online tools.
-Problem solver – If you get stuck, you should know how to figure things out.
-Detail-oriented & organized – You’ll help keep my schedule and tasks in order.
-Full-time availability – Must be available from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (non-negotiable).
