JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a technically strong, organized VA with exceptional marketing skills. You should be creative with marketing content creation, Omni channel management, market research and lead conversion experience. You should understand how to measure your marketing success. If you can manage some basic bookkeeping and general admin and email tasks, even more indispensable. Where are you, my unicorn VA?

Some Details:
You should be able to speak exceptional English and should have experience working with Americans on the phone (your primary skill is NOT Customer Service Rep, but if you have done some, that's great) because you'll need to do some outreach.

You should be able to create engaging content that targets various personas (think owners of Airbnb's as well as renters of Airbnb's) and if you have real estate experience in general that would be icing on my cake!) You should understand how to measure and drive high conversion rates from Omni channel marketing champaigns. I work in the short and mid-term rental properties space - your job will be to keep them occupied and maintain a 5-star experience!

You should be quick to create landing pages for marketing campaigns related to properties, and should know how to drive (funnel) traffic to those landing pages. You should be able to automate lead gen into CRM for email nurturing campaigns, and general outreach.

You should be able to do in-depth market research to come up with creative ways to target leads across many platforms and mediums including engaging on Facebook groups, creating blog posts, video content, influencer outreach and property video shorts. If you are great at finding the right people to talk to on LinkedIn, you'll go far in this business.

I need a combination of cold call outreach (this is not scripted telemarketing - you need to genuinely talk to people), email marketing and social outreach. (ex: Find people on LinkedIn to talk to, but also generate potential leads on FB/IG/Etc.)

I need a wordpress wizard for website updates (website is created), and landing pages. My tools include a PMS (property management software) which I can teach you to use, however more importantly you should have Hubspot, Mailchimp, Canva, Video creation/editing skills, Trello, Google Toolset (gmail, calendar, spreadsheets, docs, pres, etc.) and strong ChatGPT skills - you'll need them!

You'll need to be a self-starter and a creative, and critical thinker.

You will need to work in EST and MST for this job. You'll also need to be willing to work Part Time to start 2-3 hours a day. As you help build this business, you earn more time because you'll need more time! Eventually you'll manage a team and earn more money as well.
