Position Title: Virtual Assistant - Contractor Onboarding Specialist

Overview:
RepairFind is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to spearhead our contractor onboarding efforts. This role is pivotal in establishing a robust foundation for our operations, focusing on cold calling, email outreach, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in contractor onboarding, expertise in Go High Level (GHL) CRM, and hands-on experience with Kixie Dialer.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Engage contractors through high-volume cold calls using the Kixie Dialer, introducing RepairFind’s platform and benefits.
Effectively address contractor queries, build rapport, and provide detailed onboarding support.

Email
Outreach:

Conduct targeted email campaigns to contractors as part of the onboarding and follow-up process.
Craft personalized, engaging emails and track responses to optimize contractor engagement.
CRM Management:

Manage and maintain contractor data in Go High Level (GHL) CRM, ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with other operational tools.
Document all interactions, calls, and email exchanges within the CRM for streamlined operations.
Process Optimization:

Collaborate with the team to refine outreach and onboarding strategies, improving conversion rates and contractor satisfaction.
Task Management:

Organize daily tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain a high level of efficiency and accountability in all assignments.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrable success in contractor onboarding, especially through cold calling and outreach campaigns.
Experience in a similar role requiring engagement with North American contractors.
Technical Proficiency:

Expertise in managing Go High Level (GHL) CRM.
Familiarity with Kixie Dialer or equivalent dialer systems, capable of handling high call volumes efficiently.
Communication Skills:

Exceptional spoken and written English with a North American accent to ensure clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Availability:

Ready to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy, with a knack for learning new tools and optimizing workflows.
