In this dynamic role, you will be undertaking various responsibilities, mainly focusing on media buying, supporting our copywriting, funnel building, and coaching services. You'll play a crucial role in supporting sprintguys, managing client communications, project coordination, team collaboration, and fulfilling our core services.

Yes, this role will be challenging but also incredibly rewarding and manageable. You will need to be proactive, ready to jump in at a moment's notice to support our founders, and think strategically and autonomously as you learn our preferred approach.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Media buying on Facebook ads, Youtube, and other platforms (+ training)
Copywriting leveraging our elite AI processes
Quality control and 'common sense' editing to make sure copy is rock solid
VSL script writing
Landing page / headlines

Emails
Ads

Client communication and coordination through calls and messages
Team collaboration via Slack and other communication tools
Project management and timeline tracking
Supporting our copywriting and funnel building projects
Participating in client and team calls
Managing calendars and scheduling

Email management and correspondence
Creating and updating SOPs and training materials
Sharing daily check-ins and reports
Always striving for improvement and excellence in your role
Managing various administrative and operational tasks as required

You don't need to be an industry expert, but if you are, we're all ears! Share any relevant work experience you have in copywriting, funnel building, or coaching industries.

Role Requirements:

Proficiency with Go High Level (GHL), funnel builders, and Google Workspace
Experience with or willingness to learn AI tools (training provided)
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with common marketing and automation tools
Outstanding time management skills
Fast and accurate typing skills
Professional correspondence abilities
Strong research capabilities
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
