I want to know what is your experience and familiarity with HUBSPOT CRM AND EXCEL and I want to know how fluent are you in English. I want to know what make YOU a candidate I should consider and what SEPARATES YOU from the other applicants for this role.

You MUST have experience with Hubspot and Excel.


Role Necessity: Hubspot CRM experience or you will not be considered.


Role Description: Filtering data from a large excel file of businesses in an industry, into categorized groups of sectors within that industry and creating individual separate excel files for each sector and then uploading each excel file with the appropriate excel cells and columns mapped within them, into a Hubspot account.


Individually screening through entries within the separate excel files, validating and gathering additional data (online) on each entry within the files RE website/ email address/ phone number. Uploading the completed and separate excel files to Hubspot mapping the appropriate columns/ headings pre upload.


There will also be online research to gather publicly accessible data for additional targets within the selected sector, the sources of which I will provide.


Familiarity and experience using Hubspot and Excel is ESSENTIAL for this role. If you have never used it, you need to learn how to if I will consider you.


As part of the application process I require a bespoke video recording from you (not generic) outlining why this role is suited to you and also elaborate on your level of familiarity and experience with Hubspot and Excel.


If I feel in your video and application, your a fluent in English and your are so skilled and familiar with Excel but have no experience in Hubspot, I may consider your application only after you have learned how to use Hubspot.
