Communication: Provide responsive support, especially for urgent matters or unexpected schedule changes.

Manage and organize 3 calendars on a daily basis, coordinating 4-5 meetings each day.
Take on smaller tasks and research to relieve the engineer of administrative duties.
Organize and coordinate events, including a fundraiser and a rare disease event in March.
Research venues and locations that align with the event budget and requirements.
Communicate with external contacts and manage appointments for event planning.
Help manage internal organization and processes to streamline workflow.
Ensure professional and trustworthy execution of tasks without causing damage to the business or relationships.
Coordinate communication within the team and assist with onboarding new communities to the platform.
Act as a key point of contact and help organize various smaller projects.

Invoice Management: Ensuring all invoices are accurate and sent monthly using Stripe.
Social Media & Marketing: Managing social media, creating content that mimics the brand's personality—warm, welcoming, and compassionate.
