JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management software, social media posting tools, HighLevel CRM, and graphic design. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and a self-starter mindset to help streamline processes, manage workflows, and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Workflow Coordination
Utilize project management tools like ClickUp or similar platforms to manage tasks, track progress, and meet deadlines.
Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
Organize and optimize workflows for seamless collaboration across the team.
Social Media Management
Schedule and manage posts on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms using social media management software.
Monitor engagement metrics, respond to comments/messages, and provide performance insights.
Assist in content creation and repurposing (e.g., captions, hashtags, and stories).
HighLevel CRM Management
Manage campaigns, pipelines, and automations within HighLevel.
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs.
Generate reports to track lead and customer engagement.
Graphic Design Support
Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity.
Work on simple video edits or enhancements, if needed.
Administrative Support
Organize files, folders, and data for easy access.
Provide support in organizing and running online events, webinars, or live sessions.
Assist with email management, including drafting and scheduling campaigns.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills
Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Familiarity with HighLevel CRM and its automations.
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Basic video editing skills (preferred but not required).
Soft Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
