Virtual Assistant

Security National Mortgage Company (SNMC) is seeking a skilled and proactive Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic corporate marketing team as a contractor. This role will support daily virtual assistant responsibilities, provide digital marketing expertise, and contribute to delivering quality solutions for our senior leadership and sales force. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows standard operating procedures (SOPs), and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Execute daily administrative tasks efficiently and accurately, adhering to established SOPs.
Collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team and regional marketing coordinators.
Assist in project management tasks using ClickUp to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
Attend virtual meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements
Proven experience in a virtual assistant or marketing support role
Strong proficiency in ClickUp or related project management platforms.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Solid understanding of U.S. business practices and experience working with U.S.-based teams
Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup resources for internet accessibility.
Comfortable working U.S. Mountain Standard Time hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST).
Maintain consistent communication with an on-camera virtual presence.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, ClickUp, Teams, and Zoom
Experience with digital marketing tools and strategies
Experience with CRM is a plus
An understanding use of AI tools.
