JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
Everbond Coatings is an RV roof coating brand selling on Amazon, Walmart.com, and soon in Walmart stores. We’re also growing an outside sales team to bring on more retail stores as well as a B2B sales program for signing up roofers and contractors to use our products.

Role Overview:
Provide administrative support to save time and streamline operations. Tasks include email management, project coordination (training programs, commission tracking), sales funnel assistance, and overall organizational support.


Key Responsibilities:

Email
& Calendar Management: Sort inbox, respond to routine messages, schedule appointments.
Project Coordination: Help develop training programs, track commissions, and coordinate with sales/marketing.
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist with funnel building, track metrics, and support outside sales.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain files, organize documents, handle routine tasks.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication (written & verbal)
- Excellent organization and multitasking
- Proficiency with email platforms, spreadsheets, project management tools
- Ability to solve problems independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred: Experience with Amazon/Walmart seller tools, funnel-building platforms, and training module creation.
