About the role
The Admission Officer is specifically responsible for ensuring all aspects of the enrolment processes are managed to an excellent standard. The Enrolment Officer assesses and verifies the student's enrolment information and then ensures the student's information is correctly recorded in our systems. A high level of professionalism, efficiency and timely communication is integral to this role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Read and assess student enrolment information to ensure all information are correct,
2. Process student's enrolment in Origin Institute student systems,
3. Ensure all enrolment data is correctly recorded,
4. Inform our local staff if anything requires special attention.
5. Answer customer phone calls and process inquiries efficiently.

1. Proficiency in using office processing software such as Microsoft Office 365,
2. Proficiency in using the web browser and cloud CRM software,
3. Fluent in written and spoken English with proven experience in processing
4. Have your own computer with dual displays setup,
5. Fast and stable internet connection,
6. Tertiary qualifications,
7. Be reliable and can work long-term,
8. Be available to work on a full-time basis,
9. Having availability to work on Saturday will be preferred.
