Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong office skills and have a keen ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and providing executive administrative support to our leadership team.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including managing schedules, answering
Maintain organized office systems and ensure efficient document management.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record-keeping.
Demonstrate excellent customer service answering inbound messages via text and
Manage inventory, ordering, and warehouse organization
Support the team with various clerical duties, including typing reports, filing, and data entry.
Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed, facilitating communication and task management.
Implement efficiency improvements including pointing out inefficiency where you see it.
Onboard technology
Skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in office software applications, including Google Suite.
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document preparation.
Experience using AI for practical problem solving is a plus
Experience in product design, apparel design, photoshop, adobe illustrator, Shopify and other platforms is a plus
Project management
Experience in technologies like, google suite, CRMs, and inventory management are a plus.
