JOB OVERVIEW

We are a reputable service company that is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Administrative Assistant to help with scheduling, invoicing, and phone support. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, independent, and an excellent communicator.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments and services for clients, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Handle invoicing and billing for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client schedules simultaneously.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable with invoicing and basic accounting tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus.

All necessary training will be provided and the successful candidate will have to undergo a training period until proven they can work efficiently and operate individually.
