**What You’ll Do**
As the video/audio editor, you will be responsible for editing podcast episodes for both audio and video platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and high production value. You’ll collaborate with the podcast manager and content assistant to produce polished, engaging content that aligns with compliance guidelines and industry standards.
**Editing & Production**
- Edit raw podcast recordings into polished episodes.
- Optimize audio quality, remove background noise, and balance levels.
- Edit video content for YouTube, social media, and marketing use, including reel creation.
**Content Enhancement & Compliance**
- Add graphics, captions, and branding elements to video clips.
- Ensure all edits align with FTC/FDA compliance and medical accuracy guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in style, branding, and quality across episodes.
**Workflow & Collaboration**
- Work closely with the podcast manager to align editing with content strategy.
- Deliver assets in a timely manner for publishing and promotion.
- Manage and organize podcast media files and archives.
**What You Bring**
- Experience in podcast and video editing.
- Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere, Audition, or similar).
- Ability to work with compliance guidelines and review content for accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
