Video editor shorts reels URGENT

I am looking for someone who can create reels and shorts and short form content from our long form videos. This is a part time job 10 hours per week. The content is educational in nature and also entertaining. You will post to social media at least twice per day. This content can be scheduled. You must have a good understanding of how to optimize reels, tik toks and create hooks in edited videos. This is an easy job for someone that likes editing short form content and also for someone who knows how to post on social media.
