Video & Podcast Editor (DaVinci Resolve)

I’m looking for a skilled video and podcast editor to help transform 60-minute video recordings into engaging YouTube content and podcast-ready audio. The ideal candidate must be proficient in DaVinci Resolve and capable of delivering high-quality, polished edits.
Project Requirements:
• Video Editing:
o Edit a 60-minute video for YouTube, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and professional polish.
o Integrate pre-made intro and outro music seamlessly.
o Enhance audio and visual quality as needed.
o Ensure the final video is YouTube-ready and meets platform standards.
• Podcast Editing:
o Extract and clean audio for podcast publishing.
o Ensure audio levels are balanced and optimized for RSS feed distribution.
Delivery Requirements:
• Submit the final project in a .DRP (DaVinci Resolve Project) file.
• Provide a finalized, podcast-ready audio file.
Trial & Ongoing Work:
• This will start as a trial project to assess skills, creativity, and communication.
• If the work meets expectations, this could turn into an ongoing editing role with consistent projects.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proficient in DaVinci Resolve.
• Experienced in both video and audio editing.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communicator, open to feedback.
