About Us:
Big Life Journal creates engaging, high-quality parenting and mindset resources. We believe in storytelling, creativity, and content that captures attention and converts. We’re looking for a skilled filmmaker and content creator who can shoot and edit short-form videos from our products with an influencer-style approach.
Role Overview:
You’ll work closely with our Sr. Creative Strategist, who will provide concepts and direction. Your role is to film, edit, and bring ideas to life through engaging storytelling and high-quality video production. This is not just an editing role—we need someone who can film with strong composition, lighting, and movement to create compelling content.
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Filming & Content Creation (Most Important!)
Film engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Ads) with strong lighting, composition, and framing.
Execute creative concepts provided by the Sr. Creative Strategist.
2. Editing & Post-Production
Edit videos efficiently using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva.
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and engaging elements to keep viewers hooked.
Optimize content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, following best practices for engagement.

Task Details:
1.- Film yourself (or create a faceless video) showcasing any product related to parenting/mindset/self-improvement.
2.- Use storytelling, engaging visuals, and fast-paced editing.
3.- Add text overlays, captions, and a CTA (Call to Action).
4.- Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva.
5.- Upload via Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.

Applications without the video task will not be considered.
