A top-performing BDR is a creative, tech-savvy self-starter who generates high-quality leads through engaging video outreach. They consistently meet daily targets, book sales meetings, and build rapport with prospects while embodying our data-driven, results-focused culture.
Job Scorecard (Metrics to Measure Performance):
Daily Video Outreach – Send 10+ personalized video pitches daily via Vidyard/Loom (50+ weekly).
Meeting Bookings – Schedule 2+ qualified sales calls per week with Amazon brand owners.
Follow-Up
CRM Accuracy – Maintain 100% updated lead records in HubSpot.
Response Time – Reply to prospect inquiries within 2 hours during work hours.
Job Responsibilities:
Create personalized video audits/pitches (using Vidyard/Loom) to engage 7-8 figure Amazon sellers.
Identify and cold outreach to prospects via LinkedIn,
Manage inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book discovery calls for Sales Managers.
Track all outreach in Hubspot CRM, ensuring accurate lead scoring and follow-up.
Collaborate with Sales teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Stay ahead of Amazon seller pain points and industry trends to craft compelling pitches.
Attend weekly strategy sessions with the Sales & leadership team.

Key Skills:
Video Production & Engagement – Ability to create concise, persuasive videos that build trust.
Prospecting & Cold Outreach – Skilled in LinkedIn Sales Navigator,
Tech Savviness – Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot), Vidyard/Loom, Slack, and Google Workspace.
Time Management – Juggle multiple priorities while hitting daily targets in a remote environment.
Sales Acumen – Ask probing questions, handle objections, and articulate AMZDataIQ’s value proposition in the videos.
Experience Requirements:
1+ Year in Sales/Lead Gen – Agency, SaaS, or Amazon-related roles preferred (fresh talent welcome with proven hustle).
Video Outreach – Experience creating sales videos or content (portfolio examples encouraged).
CRM Experience – Familiarity with HubSpot, or similar tools.
Amazon Seller Ecosystem Knowledge – Basic understanding of FBA, PPC, or Amazon SEO is a plus.
Salary Expectations: Up to $1,500 / Month (No upper limit Cap)
