Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality YouTube videos tailored to client goals and audience preferences.
Incorporate YouTube SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, metadata management, and strategic use of thumbnails and end screens, into video workflows.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to develop content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances discoverability on YouTube.
Use advanced video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to deliver visually captivating videos.
Implement effective storytelling techniques to create engaging narratives that drive viewership and retention.
Master color grading, sound design, and visual effects to elevate the production quality.
Analyze video performance metrics and apply insights to optimize future edits.
Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in YouTube content and SEO integration.
Proficiency in video editing tools and a strong understanding of YouTube analytics tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
Experience in optimizing video metadata, including titles, descriptions, tags, and closed captions.
Strong storytelling skills with a focus on enhancing audience engagement and retention.
Solid knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
Strong English communication skills for collaboration and content crafting.
Passion for video production and an understanding of YouTube's evolving ecosystem.
