Video Editor for YouTube UFC Videos

We are looking for a talented and passionate video editor to craft high-quality, engaging UFC-focused videos for our YouTube channel. Videos will range from 15 to 25 minutes in length, and the editing style should match the tone and quality of this example video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CBFaIeMeRWU&t=269s
Note: The above is not a UFC video but the style of edit I want is the same.

You will be responsible for producing 4 - 6 videos a month.

You will be provided with a voice over file and the corresponding script including links to some footage, but you will also need to research and source additional footage to create compelling content.

Requirements:
- Expertise in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Expertise in good sound design.
- Expertise in proper clip selection.

Strong understanding of UFC, MMA, or sports video editing, including pacing and storytelling is a bonus but is not needed.

The starting salary is 400$ per month, however if you edit videos like the video linked above the salary can increase each month, up 1000$ per month and beyond!
