We’re looking for talented editors who can deliver **high-quality, professional videos** THAT ARE SUPER SIMPLE and not over the top with a ton of cheesy graphics and stock footage but that can captivate audiences, boost retention, and stay consistent with our branding. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and love creating impactful content, this is the perfect role for you!

**What You’ll Do:**

**Edit Videos for multiple YouTube Channels in the Same Niche:**

**1. Personal Brand Channel:**
- Edit with a clean, polished style.
- Add face cuts for emphasis on key Upgrade to see actual infonts.
- Include light, uplifting background music.
- Use branding elements (logos, colors) and engaging text overlays.


**Your Workflow:**

- Remove filler words and distractions.
- Sync b-roll and overlays with the content.
- Add lower-thirds (names, stats, key points).
- Perform light color grading for a polished look.
- Highlight key Upgrade to see actual infonts with zoom-ins and transitions.
- Ensure seamless professional flow.

**Deliverables:**

- **2-3 videos per week (one per channel).**
- **Formats:** Full-resolution MP4 for YouTube upload and compressed versions for feedback.
- **Turnaround Time:** 2-3 days from raw footage submission for each video.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience editing YouTube videos (portfolio required).
- Proficiency with editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills to boost viewer retention.
- Familiarity with YouTube optimization strategies (thumbnails, retention techniques, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback. GOOD ENGLISH IS A MUST

**Preferred Skills:**
- Knowledge of text overlays, animations, and branding consistency.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (Trello, Google Drive, Dropbox).
