Video Editor for Short-Form Content

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to help with short-form content with the potential to transition into long-form content in the future. my page is Upgrade to see actual info Upgrade to see actual info ( TIkTok ). This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, meets deadlines consistently, and understands how to craft engaging edits.

This editor is able to edit in my style, take feedback well, find the right audio, and communicate with me on WhatsApp.
I will ask you to do a test video with my video files, SOP, and color grading tools to see if you will be a good fit.
Please provide your video portfolio as well as it would be great to see what you have made.


EDITOR has:
- Good understanding of color grading, transitions, and motion graphics
- Ability to create engaging, fast-paced edits with captions and sound design *
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines * - Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to collaborate on long-term projects
- Storyboarding and content structuring* ( able to create a story with the videos provided )
- Strong internet connection – reliable for file transfers and smooth communication
- Good communication skills – we will have regular ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss projects and feedback

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of trending editing styles on social media * Must have TikTok. - I tend to suggest trending audio / sounds directly.
- Experience with cinematic and lifestyle editing techniques *
- Familiar with using LUT's -- good with color grading.

This project scope will be editing long form interviews into reels/ tiktok /shorts. These videos are intentional and have great messaging. The focus here is what is being said in the video. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be listening to the shorts and judging if the content is worthy to be published. They will usually be between 30-60 seconds. A very Alex Hormozi style content

This project scope is lifestyle based. This will require editing and putting together the raw footage. Trending audio can be provided at times but you will have creativity to choose what you think is best. We can always look at what is trending.
