JOB OVERVIEW

This is a contractor role with the opportunity to transition to full-time employment. We are looking for someone who can commit 20+ hours per week with the potential for increased hours as we grow.

ABOUT YOU:
Are you a highly skilled video editor with a knack for crafting compelling UGC-style ads, AI-generated content, and iterative video testing? We need someone who is efficient, creative, and comfortable working at a high volume, producing engaging, conversion-driven video ads.

Edit and produce high-converting ad creatives for ecommerce clients, with a focus on UGC, AI-assisted content, and performance marketing videos.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut
Strong understanding of UGC editing and best practices for high-converting ad creatives.
Ability to work at scale—producing and iterating on multiple variations of a video each week.
Extreme attention to detail and a passion for performance-driven video content.
Fast turnaround time—each video should take 1 hour or less to complete.

Fluent English skills (strong verbal and written communication).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a fast-moving team.
