Who We’re Looking For

A skilled Video Editor who can make scroll-stopping ad creatives for Meta platforms. Someone who can match different styles, talk strategy with marketers, and knows how to make a viewer feel something in under 30 seconds.

You should be:

- A fluent English speaker
- Experienced editing Meta ads (portfolio required)
- Comfortable adapting to different age groups, formats, and tones
- Able to work independently, take feedback, and hit deadlines
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
- Familiar with best practices for social-first video (hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, etc.)

What You’ll Do

- Edit engaging ad creatives for Facebook & Instagram
- Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams
- Test different video variations to boost performance
- Keep up with social trends and experiment with new formats
- Enhance footage with color, sound, pacing, and storytelling
- Occasionally use AI tools to elevate your workflow

Bonus If You Have

- Experience with TikTok, YouTube, or other digital ad platforms
- Motion graphics or animation experience
- A/B testing knowledge for creative optimization
