We’re looking for a creative, reliable video editor to help us produce high-performing
You’ll be editing everything from short 15-second scroll-stoppers to long-form ads and VSLs up to 5 minutes. We’ll provide briefs, scripts, and references — you bring the execution and creativity.
This is a freelance role to start, but if your work is solid and communication is strong, we’re ready to bring someone on full-time in the near future.
???? What You'll Be Doing:
Editing
Following a brief/script while contributing your own creative ideas
Sourcing footage from stock libraries, YouTube, UGC, etc.
Adding captions, callouts, motion graphics, transitions, etc.
Delivering punchy, clean edits that hold attention and drive conversions
? Requirements:
Portfolio showing social media ads or short-form edits
Experience with ecommerce or direct response is a plus
Ability to follow creative direction and deliver fast
Sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, and scroll-stopping visuals
Fluent English and good communication
Bonus if you understand ad performance metrics like hook rate, hold rate, etc.
???? What’s the Process:
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a free trial task – editing the first 30 seconds of one of our scripts.
(You can watermark the video if you'd like — it's just to see your style and ability to follow direction.)
If the trial looks good, you’ll be invited to do a paid follow-up edit.
If that goes well, you’ll be offered the role and start receiving ongoing projects.
