We’re looking for a smart, creative, and trend-savvy video editor who knows how to make high-converting ad creatives for platforms like TikTok,
This isn’t just an editing gig. You’ll be scripting (with AI help), sourcing clips, and constantly improving your ad strategy game.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Script scroll-stopping creatives (hooks, structure, CTA) — AI does the heavy lifting, you fine-tune.
Edit short-form ad videos using CapCut or Premiere (CapCut preferred for speed + auto captions).
Source relevant, high-quality content when needed.
Avoid rookie mistakes: no irrelevant clips, no cringe stock footage, no low-res junk, no typos.
Be plugged into current trends.
Continuously study, improve, and iterate — we provide training videos and ad libraries to make this easy.
Tools You'll Use:
CapCut (or Premiere if you're faster with it)
Slack
Google Drive
ChatGPT
Eleven Labs (for AI voiceovers)
Meta Ads Library (for inspo)
