JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
This role combines video editing expertise with social media management to create, post, and manage content for three distinct brands:

-Personal Branding Page: Focused on sharing tips about communication, building systems, and the importance of people in personal and professional success.
-Sips & Sparks: A speed dating and singles event company showcasing the excitement of bringing people together and fostering connections.
-Real Estate Investor Page: Highlighting real estate portfolio growth, sharing investment strategies, and attracting potential investors.
The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for video editing, a strategic mindset for social media management, and the organizational skills to manage and execute content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
-Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging, platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, incorporating trending audio and techniques to maximize impact.
-Social Media Management: Manage and post content on all brand pages, ensuring approved content is published on schedule and engaging with the audience.
-Content Calendars: Create and maintain content calendars to plan and organize videos, ensuring a strategic balance across all pages and platforms.
-Platform Trends: Stay updated on social media trends, popular audio, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
-Brand-Specific Content: Tailor video styles and messaging to match the unique tone and goals of each brand.
-Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance, providing insights to optimize future strategies.
-Content Strategy: Strategically schedule different types of videos to ensure variety and alignment with each brand’s goals.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and execute new content ideas that resonate with each target audience.

Qualifications
-Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing social media content.
-Experience managing social media pages for multiple brands.
-Proficiency with creating and maintaining content calendars.
-Familiarity with platform-specific algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.
-Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and social media management platforms.
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Creative storytelling skills tailored to each brand’s unique voice.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
