Video Editor Posting — Short-Form Content (Instagram, YouTube, Meta)

We are hiring a video editor to produce a total of 30 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads.

These are simple, engaging edits — mostly 15–30 seconds in length — designed to either grow our organic social presence or drive conversions through paid ads.

Project Overview:
Format: Vertical (9:16), 15–30 seconds per video
Platforms:
• Organic: Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Paid: Meta ads
Tasks: Add captions, basic effects, music, zooms, transitions, and creative touches to boost performance
Focus is on quick editing and strong visual hooks

Requirements:
Comfortable editing both organic and paid short-form content
Reliable and consistent: 30 videos/week
Editing software: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Strong sense of pace and attention-grabbing visual style
Willing to follow a proven structure for Meta ads (we’ll provide examples and video guidance)
