About the Role
As our Video Editor, you’ll take full ownership of paid social ad creatives—from scripting and editing. Your work will directly impact our performance marketing efforts, increasing engagement and conversions.
Responsibilities
Develop compelling scripts and storyboards optimized for direct response.
Source and edit video content (UGC, stock, or in-house assets).
Collaborate with media buyers to test and optimize creatives.
Refine ad creative strategies based on performance data.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in performance marketing and social media ad creation (TikTok, Meta, YouTube).
Strong portfolio of high-performing direct-response video ads.
Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).
Understanding of ad psychology and what drives clicks and conversions.
Ability to adapt quickly to trends and create viral-worthy content.
